Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless rush shipping is requested.

Turnaround time is normally 4-7 days for shipping after approval of proof is received. 

We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery dates as once the order leaves our hands it is out of our control. This stands true for rush orders as well.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control. With that, we do our best to troubleshoot/resolve any shipping issues as best we can.
